CCA COVID-19 PPE CAMPAIGN
Access to personal protective equipment (PPE) has become dangerously low in the face of increasing demands due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Members of CCA's faculty, staff and community network are making and donating both laser cut and 3d-printed face shields, as well as masks and other protective gear. All of our PPE designs have been reviewed and coordinated with medical professionals. We are distributing PPE primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area and will begin distribution to the East Coast and beyond next week. We have already made 100's of PPE and we are ramping up our effort to make 1000's more. Help support CCA's efforts to rapidly manufacture and distribute PPE to front line healthcare workers. Donations will be used to purchase fabrication materials and support distribution.
